Who should not use it

Mpesu is a strong root, and Umdolofiya can lower blood sugar. Therefore, do not use this bundle, or speak to a doctor first, if:

you are pregnant, trying to conceive or breastfeeding;
you are under 18;
you take blood thinners such as warfarin, or you are allergic to aspirin;
you have stomach ulcers, or kidney or liver disease;
you take chronic medication for diabetes, blood pressure or a heart condition.

Please note that these are traditional herbal products, not medicines. Results differ from person to person, and we cannot promise a specific effect.
