How do I place an order?
A: Ordering is simple! Browse our products at www.mpesu.co.za, click “Add to Cart,” and proceed to checkout. No account registration is required for a quick purchase.
What payment methods do you accept?
A: We offer secure and convenient payment options via PayFast (credit/debit card, Instant EFT) and Yoco (card payments). You can also pay via direct EFT/Bank Transfer. Please use your order number as the payment reference and email proof of payment to us.
Is my payment information secure?
A: Absolutely. All payments are processed through PayFast and Yoco, which are certified, PCI-compliant South African payment gateways. We never see, handle, or store your sensitive card or bank details on our servers.
📦 Shipping & Delivery
What are your delivery costs and times?
A: We offer FREE delivery on all orders over R650! For orders under R650, a standard fee of R60 – R99 applies, calculated at checkout.
- Delivery takes 1-5 working days after dispatch.
- Major Cities: 1-3 days.
- Towns & Smaller Areas: 2-4 days.
- Rural/Outlying Areas: 3-5 days.
How is my order packaged?
A: Your privacy is our priority. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked, and discreet packaging with no external indication of the contents.
How can I track my order?
A: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS or email with a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel’s journey in real-time with our courier partner.
What if my order hasn’t arrived or I'm not home?
A: Please use your tracking link first. Couriers will usually attempt delivery again or leave a notification for collection at a local depot. If you have any issues, contact us immediately at 078 528 8039.

What is your return policy?
A: Due to the nature of personal wellness products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons. We fully guarantee replacements or refunds for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos as proof.
