1. Order Processing & Dispatch
We work quickly to prepare your order for shipment.
- Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 1 PM on a business day are packed and dispatched the same day.
- After Hours/Weekends: Orders placed after 1 PM or on weekends/public holidays are processed and shipped the next business day.
- Dispatch Point: All orders are dispatched from our secure warehouse in Edenvale, Gauteng.
2. Delivery Timeframes (1-5 Working Days)
Once dispatched, your delivery time depends on your location:
- Major Metropolitan Areas (e.g., Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban): 1-3 working days.
- Townships & Smaller Towns: 2-4 working days.
- Rural & Remote Areas: 3-5 working days.
Please note: “Working days” are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Occasional courier delays may occur due to factors outside our control.
3. Delivery Fees & Free Shipping
We offer transparent and affordable delivery options.
- 🔥 FREE SHIPPING on all orders of R650 and above!
- Standard Delivery Fee (for orders under R650): A flat fee between R60 – R99, calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
4. Discreet & Secure Packaging
We respect your privacy. Every order is shipped in plain, unbranded packaging. There is no external indication of the contents, ensuring your purchase remains confidential.
5. Track Your Order
Stay informed every step of the way.
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email.
- Use this number to follow your parcel’s journey in real-time on the courier’s website.
6. Safe & Secure Payment Options

- PayFast: Secure credit/debit card payments, Instant EFT, and more.
- Yoco: Card payments.
- Direct EFT/Bank Transfer: You can pay directly into our bank account. Please use your order number as the reference.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
A: Contact us immediately at 078 528 8039. We can only change the address before the parcel is dispatched.
What if I’m not home when the courier arrives?
A: The courier will usually attempt delivery again or leave a notification. You can then arrange collection from their nearest depot using your tracking number.
Is my payment information safe?
A: Absolutely. We use certified, PCI-compliant payment processors (PayFast & Yoco). We never store your card details on our site.
