Return & Refund Policy

At MpesuMax Herbal Laboratories, your satisfaction is our priority. This policy outlines the terms for returns, refunds, and exchanges for products purchased from www.mpesu.co.za. Please read it carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return & Refund Eligibility

We accept returns and offer refunds under these specific conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos as proof. We will arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.
  • Unopened & Unused Products: You may return products in their original, sealed packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Important: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for any herbal product where the security seal has been broken, the packaging has been opened, or the product has been used, partially consumed, or altered.

2. Step-by-Step Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us First: Do not ship the item back without authorization. Email us at support@mpesu.co.za or WhatsApp us at 078 528 8039 within the eligible timeframe. Include your:
    • Order Number
    • Product Name
    • Reason for Return
    • Photographic Evidence (if applicable)
  2. Receive Authorization: Our support team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and instructions.
  3. Pack & Ship: Securely pack the unused product in its original packaging, include the RMA number, and ship it to our warehouse address (provided in your instructions). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method.

3. Refund Timeline & Methods

  • Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days of us receiving and verifying the return.
  • Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund to your account.
  • Deductions: The cost of original shipping is non-refundable. If applicable, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount, unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged item).

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Products with broken seals or opened packaging.
  • Products that have been used, consumed, or altered.
  • Any product not in its original condition.

5. Incorrect or Damaged Deliveries

If you receive the wrong item or a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and its packaging. We will cover all costs associated with the return and expedite a correct replacement or full refund.
