The MpesuMax Libido Tonic is our Mpesu men’s vitality booster 3-pack: a ready-to-drink herbal tonic made with Mpesu, the Venda root traditionally used by men for energy, desire and stamina. This value pack contains three 200ml bottles, so you have enough for several weeks. It is inspired by the Umachamisa Imbiza Yamadoda tradition, so there is nothing to mix or prepare.

What is in the tonic?

• Mpesu root (Securidaca longepedunculata), a traditional Venda herb.
• Other traditional African herbs used in men’s tonics.
• No added synthetic stimulants.

How to use

• Take 5 to 6 tablespoons in the morning, or about 3 hours before sex.
• Do not take it again within 7 days.
• Do not combine it with other Mpesu products at the same time.

Who it is for

This tonic suits adult men who want a traditional herbal option for energy and stamina, alongside healthy habits such as exercise, good sleep and less alcohol.

Who should not use it

Mpesu is a strong root. Therefore, do not use this tonic, or speak to a doctor first, if:

• you are pregnant, trying to conceive or breastfeeding;
• you are under 18;
• you take blood thinners such as warfarin, or you are allergic to aspirin;
• you have stomach ulcers, or kidney or liver disease;
• you take chronic medication for diabetes, blood pressure or a heart condition.
